The Role
- Work independently under the guidance of a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to support the efficient day-to-day running of the service at local venues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support
- Deliver pulmonary rehabilitation plans independently, progressing treatments in line with established guidelines and protocols, while being accountable for these tasks
- Demonstrate tasks and equipment use to individuals and groups of service users/patients
- Provide education sessions as part of the pulmonary rehabilitation programme
- Support the service using a combination of traditional face-to-face programmes and digital remote monitoring technology

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have prior knowledge of working within a therapy team or exercise setting and experience of delivering exercise and/or rehabilitation. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate effective communication and motivational skills and be able to work as part of a team.
Experience of working in the community is desirable. All training and support will be given to the successful candidate. You should have a full driving licence and be able to travel between venues.
