The Role

This role focuses on the power of genuine connections via telephone to provide a brilliant, customer focused service to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of implementation programs, nationally. You will conduct outward bound calls to GP practices to encourage service uptake, arrange meetings, coordinating computerised searches, executing mail merges and managing clinics with an outcome to meet demand/contractual obligations.
