The Role

You’ll play an important role in helping patients and supporting our clinical education team. You will:

  • Communicate with patients and carers by phone and email
  • Organise and coordinate health education sessions
  • Help people choose the right course for their needs
  • Manage referrals and maintain accurate patient records
  • Work with healthcare professionals and other teams to ensure things run smoothly

No two days are the same – you’ll gain real-world experience in administration, healthcare services, and patient care.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic and eager to learn, whilst willingly go the extra mile for our patients, to meet service objectives. You will be confident in speaking to people and happy to work autonomously as well as being part of a team.  You will be organised, pay attention to the little details and comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, Excel and databases.
