The Role

Ready to bring clarity to complexity and drive real impact? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Accountant to help us deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting and support our continuous improvement journey. You’ll play a key role in our month-end close process, cash flow forecasting, and data analysis – making sure our finance function runs like clockwork.

You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to strategic decision-making, and step up with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love digging into the numbers, and have a passion for driving operational excellence, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Producing timely, accurate monthly management accounts
  • Handling reconciliations and month-end journals
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
  • Driving process improvements across the finance function
  • Building strong internal and external relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • AAT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified (or working towards it)
  • Previous experience in a finance team
  • Strong Excel skills (Sage X3 knowledge is a plus!)
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning
  • Excellent communicator and a true team player
  • A curious, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
