What is our Booking Hub?

Our Booking Hub is a digital referral and booking system designed to simplify patient referrals onto a variety of health services and interventions such as education, physiotherapy and more – allowing patients to self-book at their convenience.

Currently used for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes education, our Booking Hub addresses a critical national challenge: the gap between patients offered education and those who attend. In 2022, while 74.9% of people with type 2 diabetes1 were offered structured education within 12 months of diagnosis, only 11.4% actually attended.

Beyond diabetes, the platform is fully adaptable – suitable for any scenario where patients need to be referred and booked onto a service or course. Our Booking Hub helps close engagement gaps across the board.
