The role
This role is about making things happen, for patients, educators and health education programmes. As an Education Services Administrator, you’ll sit right at the heart of the action, turning referrals into bookings and bookings into real impact.
You’ll own the booking journey end to end: speaking with patients, coordinating education sessions, supporting educators, managing diaries, venues and data, all whilst keeping everything moving, even when it’s busy. You’ll build strong relationships, spot issues early and take pride in getting the details right first time.
This is a role for someone who likes pace, loves organisation and gets energy from helping others. You’ll be trusted to work on your own initiative, backed by a team that moves fast, challenges the norm and always has each other’s backs.
This role is for someone ready to grab an opportunity and run with it. If this feels like the challenge you’ve been waiting for get in touch.
Who we need
You are organised, proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do. You spot what needs fixing, take ownership and see things through, even when it gets busy. You’re confident juggling multiple priorities, without losing sight of the detail that really matters.
You genuinely enjoy working with people. Whether you’re speaking to patients, carers, educators or healthcare professionals, you communicate clearly, kindly and with confidence. You take pride in delivering a great experience and doing the right thing, every time.
You’re comfortable working independently but thrive as part of a team that moves fast, challenges each other and pulls together. You bring energy, resilience and curiosity, always looking for better ways to work and never settling for “good enough”.
Most importantly, you care. About people, outcomes and impact. You want your work to mean something and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make health education easier, every single day.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:
- You’re a brilliant self-starter.
- You set high standards and never settle for “good enough.”
- You’re love teaming up, but equally comfortable working independently.
- You’re ready to make a difference in healthcare.
- You’re not afraid to speak up, ask questions and challenge the status quo
- You thrive on challenge, moving forward, and are happy to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
