The role

We are looking for a Meds Op Pharmacist who loves turning great ideas into real world impact. You will provide clinical leadership across all our Medicines Optimisation Services, designing and delivering NHS projects, that genuinely improve outcomes for patients, clinicians and Primary Care organisations.

Working closely with GP practices and NHS partners, you will shape and lead medicines optimisation programmes from concept through to delivery, with quality, care and people at the heart of what you do. This is a role where your expertise will be trusted, your voice will be heard, and your work will make a visible difference.
